The iPad carts are open for use by any teacher at LHS. EdGE teachers have already been trained and will have direct access to the carts sign-out form. All other teachers will have to meet with the Technology Integration Specialist for training prior to signing out the iPad cart. This can be done through Help Desk or by attending one of these 50 minute workshops. Once a staff member has been trained, they will be granted permission to edit the iPad carts sign-out document. The training will include cart etiquette, review of available apps, standard procedures used with students to prevent damage and theft, types of activities that are encouraged, and the cart sign-out procedure. EdGE staff are welcome to attend this workshop as a refresher course.
