Google Maps is a great tool to use for hooking students into your lesson. We are all curious about other places in the world. Come learn how to hook your students into a lesson by taking them on a virtual field trip to where a battle was fought, show them 3D images of exhibits located in museums around the world, have students map out the path of a character from a historical fiction novel, visit the hometown of somebody famous virtually navigating through the streets, or even take a virtual walk on an active volcano!
